Not bad but the facilities need to be improved, apparently they are in that process

They don't solve everything they want is for you to come back to collect

Great experience and absolutely wonderful providers. I had a breathing issue that was caused by allergies and the providers immediately took care of the issue. The front staff were all very friendly and could not have made my visit more pleasant! Great job!

the worst practice i have ever been to. dr is good but Staff is not only incompetent but even rude at times. I had to call 6 times to get a hold of someone on my prescription and then they wanted tme to come in again sat 3 month mark to get a refill on something ive been taking for 4 years. one member of their team seemed extremely depressed and should not even be in that office.

My elderly parents moved from PR and the insurance assigned them a Spanish speaking doctor, AKA Dr. Guillermo Fuentes. When we got there, I had a bad impression of the area and the office, but went ahead because my parents needed prescrption refills for their hypertension. We got there 10 minutes before the appointed time, completed the paperwork, and waited for about 1 1/2 hours. We got inside, I give my parents' records for them to copy and then waited 20 more minutes. I opened the door and I overheard two staff member arguing about not copying the medical records because the female doctor was not there to revise them. I interrupted and told them my parents were there to see Dr. Fuentes. One of them told me he no longer see patients and the female doctor speaks English and was not there either, that the visit will be a video call. I told her nobody informed us about that. Then after we have been there for about 2 hours, they bring the paperwork for covid testing for the 3 of us. I wo

They never send prescriptions out when they say they will making patients worsen their health conditions they don’t care at all for anyone’s health they just care for your money my dad has been treated by Guillermo and his staff very poorly they place you on hold even when it is of urgent need and the staff is horrible PLEASE DONT TAKE YOUR FAMILY HERE THWY ARE NO GOOD

The doctor was there on time for my appointment. He was great

Everyone was nice and it all was professional and of course I don’t love going to clinics but this one was not that bad at all

He takes the time to listen to my concerns, I never feel rushed or unappreciated. Highly recommend him to family and friends.

I've been going to Dr. Fuentes for about 15 years and he's always been the best help. I went to him recently and he was able to help me with a pulmonary problem that the other doctors that I went to weren't able to diagnose. Yes waiting can take a while but its worth it when the doctor is as respectful, caring, helpful and knowledgeable as Dr. Fuentes. definitely recommend.
