Have used his service multiple times. Very Patient focused, fair prices, great after care follow up. I am always comfortable with him and his staff. Recommend his services highly.

I went in for a consultation. I was under the impression this was a free assessment to see if I was a candidate for a procedure. I made the appointment, I checked in on arrival, I participated in the consultation, and I checked out on departure. These are all points of contact when costs could have been conveyed. None were ever mentioned. Some weeks later I was billed for approximately $600. Like most people in this country, I'm disgusted with the way medical business is conducted. Good luck getting anyone to even be able to tell you what it's going to cost before they bill you. I contacted them afterwards petitioning to settle this ridiculous bill for the half they'd already collected from the insurance company. They were unsympathetic. So cross your fingers before you walk into this office. You'll get a bill for who know how much at some point. I should have walked out as soon as I saw the lavish lobby. After all this, I have no idea what I even have to show for my $600.

Dr. Chacon and his staff were amazing! They answered all my questions and left me feeling very confident in my decision to have an implant placed. My surgery couldn't have gone more smoothly. My recovery was very fast and I couldn't be more pleased with the results! I will be coming back in the future if needed and will certainly recommend Dr. Chacon to my friends and family! Thanks again!

Dr. Chacon was very professional, friendly and patient. His assistant, Dakota, was very friendly, professional and informative also. Highly recommend. Dr. Chacon even gave a personal follow up call the next day to see how I was feeling after my implant surgery.

If you're trying to find a great oral surgeon- look no further. Dr. Chacon and his staff are top notch. They took both my boys wisdom teeth out and they both did great! I especially appreciated the post op calls checking on the boys- both the staff and Dr called. Great care!

I would highly recommend any one requiring oral surgery to see Dr Chacon in Puyallup. My daughter had surgery last year with overnight stay at Good Samaritan Hospital. We received wonderful care from both Dr. Chacon and his assistant Dakota. I can't say enough how much I appreciate their compassionate care. A previous reviewer stated they received a post op care package with a fuzzy blanket and some goodies, such as liquid/soft foods, we also received one also. Just amazing! Thanks.

Dr. Chacon explained our sons upcoming surgery with compassion and efficiency. Surgery went well with no complications. The day after surgery, they gave my son a care package of food, drinks and a wonderful blanket that he lived in for the following week. Dr. Chacon was available for questions 24 hours a day and I never felt like he or his staff were rushed or frustrated when I did call, even after hours. As a mom I felt comfortable placing my son in his expert care. The results are Amazing!

Dr. Chacon was very thorough in explaining what he was doing and why. I immediately felt like I was in very capable hands, which alleviated my apprehension - something that I have a real issue with in getting dental work done. My procedure was done fairly quickly and I was on my way in no time. The front staff are extremely helpful and supportive with getting insurance and appointment times navigated. All in all this is a 5 star office. No complaints whatsoever.

The woman who scheduled everything for my husband told him that she ran his wisdom teeth extraction through our insurance and our cost was $900. We paid in cash day of. 3+ months later, we got a bill saying we owed them $1500. Turns out our insurance didn't cover it, she flat out LIED about running it. We tried to fight it but were denied ever speaking to anyone beyond the front desk. They sent us to collections, we paid and 2 weeks after payment, we were subpoenaed. STAY FAR AWAY!!!

I have been to many dentists and oral surgeons in my lifetime, but I have never met anyone with such bedside manner, knowledge, kindness, and such a courteous staff. My experience with this office, under such difficult circumstances, was absolutely amazing. Their caring, empathy, and kindness was exceptional and would highly recommend this office to my friends and family. Thank you Dr. Chacon and staff for your wonderful treatment of my care before and after major oral surgery.
