I’ve seeing her over 20 years. It takes a couple or few months to get an appointment with her, usually. She is always busy.

Very poor experience. Although she may be knowledgeable she lacks basic people skills. As a new patient, she was 15 mins late to the appointment. Talked for about 6 mins and told me she was going to put me on some medication. Didn't listen to me when I told her I had already tried it with a different provider. Didn't even look at my skin. Told me she was going to be right back and left the room. 15 mins later a nurse came in and told me my appointment was over. Never followed up with me.

Dr. Zirbel is terrific. She runs on time, and is very efficient, yet thorough and personable. I can completely understand why she's named as one of Milwaukee magazine's best dermatologists. Highly recommended!

This is the second time I've seen Dr Zirbel. Both times she has left the room before I even had a chance to say, Wait, can I ask you about... Twice!! I recently had a surgery with her that was about 3 inches long. She put in 6 stitches which was barely enough to keep the wound closed, let alone heal nicely. I strongly feel that she put in fewer stitches that required because she is always in a rush. After the stitches were put in, I was given no wound care directions, just a piece of paper.
