Dr. Gretchen Polinski, DO

Poor bedside manner. Dropped Cancer as a possible diagnosis to a 14 yr old patient in to be cleared for sports injury. Office staff did not properly update patient information causing billing issues. Pros: Scheduling was very quick and easy.

I didn't find her to have any bedside manner. Her assistant, Brittany, was rude every phone call and appoinment that I attended.

I really appreciate Dr. Polinski. Finally, a doctor who listens -and hears you. She is actually truly interested in my healthcare and interested in my opinion and feelings. Appointments are not rushed and are scheduled correctly, so you don't wait 30 minutes. If I have a question to MyChart, it's answered in a reasonable amount of time. I trust her opinions and decisions and don't take that statement lightly. I highly recommend Dr. Polinski.

Dr. Polinski always runs on time. She is easy to get scheduled with. She really listens and is attentive. She does not talk down to you and also spends a really great deal of time with you during your visit. She incorporates what’s important to you as a patient into your individualized care plan. She is open to trying medications and also incorporating yoga, and other non pharmacology strategies to improve outcomes. She puts you at ease, and never rushes you. She responds really quickly to my chart questions and overall communication.
