0 stars is my grade. This "doctor" discharged me from ER with no resolution to my problem. Just some papers from the computer. In fact he only saw me for 1 minute. I don't know if he is a good doctor when he wants to be but he was negligent in my case. My pets are better cared for by myself compared to the care received by this man and his department.
