Dr. Weissler Ignores Context and Lacks Empathy
We were with Dr. Rudolph for 20 years, and he was wonderful. He was understanding and took the time to gather all the facts to make informed decisions. In contrast, Dr. Weissler doesn't seem to consider context or value informed decision-making. Shockingly, he reviewed my appointment history with Dr. Rudolph and decided that because I missed some appointments with Dr. Rudolph, he had no interest in continuing to see my son. He had no interest as to why they were missed. My father was gravely ill and constantly in and out of the hospital. The hospital staff requested I stay with him to keep him calm, as he was delirious and having vivid hallucinations. Dr. Weissler decided that canceling appointments with our former pediatrician was unacceptable. To make matters worse, the staff I spoke with was unprofessional and lied about calling me back—I had to reach out to them to find out anything.I do not recommend this doctor. He doesn't care to understand and shows zero compassion.
