I am so Blessed to have chosen Dr. Tsai to help me with my sinus issues. He is very kind, compassionate, thorough, intelligent, diligent, trustworthy and I can go on and on. I am almost one week post op and recovering slowly but surely. I want to thank Dr. Tsai for everything he has done for me and his assistant, Susana, who always answered all of my questions and helped me to get everything in place for the surgery. I want to thank Dr Tsai, the team of anesthesiologists, all the nurses and staff at Mount Sinai Hospital for the wonderful treatment I received from the moment I stepped into the hospital until I left. I highly recommend Dr. Tsai to anyone looking for an ENT/Otolaryngology who is a highly skilled, professional with a wonderful demeanor.

Avoid! Horrible office exp.
Waited for more than an hour. Dr nowhere to be found and got distinct impression his staff (a) couldn't find him and (b) was very used to him going MIA. Complete waste of an afternoon.
