I scheduled a Yearly Physical appointment online, which would be covered by insurance. But because I discussed my medical history which included anxiety, I was billed for a Level 2 Psychiatric Evaluation (over $300)! And billed for review of previous medical records, because he asked me to have a previous doctor send blood work, which I never did because a few days after my appointment I got a letter from his office saying he was no longer available to be my provider. He did not complete the physical exam either, he only talked to me for about 10 minutes. I was billed for two services that never took place.

Dr Stepp was very thorough in every visit. He is a very kind and caring physician. He listens to every word you say. I highly recommend him!

Beware
This guy is a Jekyll & Hyde personality who doesn’t care about patient rights, concerns or needs. If you question him he verbally attacks you. Almost like you are infringing on his time during the visit. IMO and experience this guy shouldn’t be trusted with anyones healthcare. Had daughter/son-in-law go for a follow-up visit and he betrayed them so badly they left in tears and never returned Beware!!!!

I was very impressed by my first appointment with Dr. Stepp. He was on time and spent an appropriate amount of time with me. I didn't feel rushed at all. He was very personable. He was familiar with my records before he walked in the room even though this was my first appointment with him. He answered all my questions. I'm very glad I chose him for my primary care doctor.
