Very knowledgeable regarding my injury.
Dr. Smith and the ladies were caring and professional when providing a cervical injection.

VERY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS,KNOWLEDGEABLE
In the 20 years I have seen Dr Gregory Smith for chronic pain he has always been very courteous to me. He explains exactly what he is going to do, whether it is an injection, medication or surgery to install a neurostimulator. The staff is also courteous to me. Any phone calls that I have made to his practice are always returned. I would highly recommend Dr Smith.

I had several expensive procedures which did not work. I was not listen to or believed. The office staff is the nastiest! When they do return a phone call they are nasty and clearly we have full access to your medical records. I am enraged! I was told she was the only one who return phone calls I was not allowed to talk to a doctor or a nurse and there was no email I could reach out to them about. I wanted to talk to them privately and was not allowed to. It took five days to get medicine that I was allergic to and they would not respond the next week to my pharmacy or my husband or me. They knew I was in intense pain and literally left me hanging out to dry!no one to reach on the weekend!without paying his medicine as what they gave me Iallergic to I had to go to my regular doctor for

Poorly treated patient – Jun 25, 2021

I saw dr smith years ago and he was very helpful and knowlegable. However, Linda who answers the phone was so rude that I switched to a new doctor. She seems annoyed and looking for any reason not to schedule an appt. for you. I was put under to get a pain injection and the nurse said to me, "This is what they gave Michael Jackson". I couldn't believe my ears. He died from what they were about to give me. To that nurse...find a differrent profession!!!! To the doctors....you need better help!!! I cannot believe people so cold and callous are working with patients. I would never recommend anyone go to this business.

Dr. Gregory Smith is excellent! My sciatica pain was so disabling and after 2 shots from Dr. Smith I am normal once more. He listened carefully to my description of the pain and discussed it thoroughly with my husband and I and then described what he felt best to do for the pain. I am back to normal thanks to Dr. Smith. The staff were very effective and kind.

Although the doctor visit went well to receive a steroid injection, the follow-up process has been terrible. They don't want to return phone calls, and the doctor does not want to make himself available unless I come in for another office visit. This is completely bogus and arrogant. It's sad that the doctor can't even make himself available for his patients without more $$$. I will also be looking into how I can report this further.

After almost 20 years of living with severe debilitating chronic sternum/rib/chest pain as a result of 2 open heart surgeries, with no relief or answers from countless witch doctors, medical doctors, alternative therapies, etc., Dr Smith was able to finally give me a definitive diagnosis and medications that have reduced my pain enormously. He is a very knowledgeable doctor and does not "suffer fools lightly". He is straight up with you. His office staff were extremely arrogant and unfriendly; the nurse actually threw Dr Smith's prescription for Tramadol at me. But recently the support staff's attitude has improved somewhat. Not his nurse though; still had to catch his written prescription she thew at me. Regardless, I highly recommend him.

Dr. Smith is excellent, discussing in detail the problem, his mode of treatment and got me out of a wheelchair in my first visit. In some settings a physician would treat multiple times to accomplish what he did in 2 visits. I am definitely a happy patient and recommend him highly; and I have 23 yrs of experience working nationally with physicians. Dr. Smith is EXCELLENT.

He shows absolutely no compassion. Looks like he just rolled out of bed. His nurses are probably the most unfriendly people I've ever met. Even the receptionists seem terribly crabby. Don't waste your time with Guy
