The staff were very friendly and accommodating
Dr Smith understood my hardware issues. He went above and beyond to address. The previous failed surgery from a different surgeon. And offered a plan to fix all my sources of spinal pain. He wa very polite and addressed all my concerns.

Doctor Smith was very understanding and acknowledgeable. He brought with him an acrylic pelvis. He also brought an Implant that he uses, he then explained what he will be doing and how long it takes.

Very Impressed!
The staff was friendly & very helpful.Dr. Smith was so nice & professional. He explained everything He listened to me & used the scans & medical record from my Pain Mgment provider. I did NOT want surgery, but after speaking w/him & he described the procedure, I felt confident, he knew what he was doing. I trust him. Rhonda, scheduler, said she could get me in next week. I was thrilled. Aww relief & soon! YEAH! I am ready. Thank you to everyone in that office (even the Valet gentlemen were really nice).
