Dr Skippitis has a great attitude and has been thru 2 of my pregnancies ,delivering 1 of my babies. Helping me thru a miscarriage and diagnosing my endometriosis and helping me with treatment plans. I have never been more satisfied with a doctor.

Dr. Skipitis is one of the best physicians I have known. Clinically he is incredibly astute and he cares greatly for his patients. His staff is always cheerful and very helpful. He takes time to listen to my needs and find an optimal course of treatment. He is highly skilled as a surgeon and has the admiration of his peers. As a long time patient who has seen many OB GYNs in her lifetime, he is the best and we are lucky to have him in Redding.

He performed a tubal ligation on me. I was suppose to be going home after 1 1/2hr. recovery & I had to be kept over night on a morphine pump. He didn't speak to my husband after the surgery & he never called the hospital or came back to check on me. I've had 4 children naturally & I've had gallstones....but I've NEVER experienced the kind of pain that, that man caused me.

Quite literally the worst doctor I have ever had. It has been over a decade since the birth of my daughter, and I still look back on my experience with Skipitis as absolutely horrendous. Every appointment was rushed, I literally had to chase him down the hallway to ask questions. During the birth he was brash, rude, condescending, rough, and utterly lacking in compassion during what was already a traumatizing experience. Steer clear.

I completely regret choosing this Dr. There are other doctors who are a much better choice as I learned after seeing one of his colleagues in his own office. Dr. Skipitis is very controlling (this is an understatement) he manages his patient's care in his own interest and convenience, not in the interest of what the woman wants or what is even best evidence based practice. He seems to be out of touch with new research and too arrogant to change his habits. I would not let him lay a finger on me!

Excellent Doctor!!! He’s smart, kind, and very compassionate. He really takes care of his patients and treats them as if they’re family. If you chose him as your Doctor, you’re in good hands. I highly recommend him.
