Dr. Gregory Reichert, DO

I never got the chance to make an appointment...I called Monday morning to make an appointment and the, what I assumed was the receptionist, was very rude and unprofessional. After telling her what I was calling for she blurted out before I could get it all out "WHAT KIND OF INSURANCE DO YOU HAVE?" I asked if she was an answering service because I could not imagine someone acting that way. Not, how are you, I will be glad to help you, or nothing. I told her my insurance and she asked if it was PPO or HMO. I told her I was not sure...she said "well get your card out and look at it". I commented that I could not get to the card at that moment and asked what difference did it make, if I have to I will pay out of pocket and not use insurance. SHE ERUPTED WITH WHAT I CAN ONLY DESCRIBE A ANGER! SHE SAID ..."YOU ARE NOT A GOOD MATCH HERE AND HUNG UP". I don't know if this business knows this is going on but they lost my business and every one I have told. She was just so DISRESPECTFUL!

I have seen Dr. Reichert a number of years as my primary care doctor for annual physicals and any health issue. Over the years his diagnosis and treatment of health issues has always been excellent. He has been great communicating with emails through the patient portal to keep me informed. His has a great demeanor, is easy to talk to and listens carefully. He has always approached each of my health concerns with a "we'll get this figured out" attitude. He diagnosed one of my health issues through this type of determination, for which I am grateful. I recommend Dr. Gregory Reichert without hesitation.

Five Stars because: attentive, personable, quick to respond to and address new concerns, empathetic, thorough, listens to patient and family member, if present. To the point and direct and honest even if that means saying he doesn't know, works well with county DSS and always responds to portal requests/questions. A young man who is already known by other doctors in our area as reliable. Great office staff. encourages second opinions. we love Dr. Reichert and the staff.
