Take this as a WARNING. DO NOT GO to this office for service unless you have hours to waste waiting. My appointment was scheduled weeks in advance. Got to the office and was told that the doctor was running an hour behind. I didn't actual see the doctor for 4 1/2 hours later. Multiple people in the office had been waiting a similar length. I know because people were complaining about the wait. The doctor himself was not the issue just the rest of the office. I was told the reason for the time delay was that multiple doctors were sharing two room. I don't know how that was an acceptable excuse given that there was not a surprise number of doctors and rooms at the location. The location is also a bit run down as well. I'm posting this so people know before committing to the office. Its easier to never go to the office versus switching. I ended up accepting the lost and just spent more money switching doctors. I know everyone can't afford to do that.

Dr. Primus is one of the most caring, concerned and helpful physicians I have ever had the pleasure of being treated by. He helped me when no one else would even though it took him time and a great deal of skill. I would recommend Dr. Primus to anyone who needs orthopedic help

I had been suffering for 9 months with severe knee pain and swelling. I am a referee and am very active so it was important for me to get back to work. Dr. Primus and his staff are very professional and accommodating. I had a severe meniscus tear flap which was causing me great distress. My surgery was so successful that I was walking on my on after 1 day and not once did I have to take any pain meditation. I highly recommend him to anyone having joint issues.

Dr. Primus has been my doctor for several years (2012) and he treats patients like family, you will never leave his office without knowing what is going on with your care. Before surgery he makes sure you understand what is going on and after surgery comes and checks on you to see how you recover. He is always pleasant! I truly thank him for his Service!

Follow-up: Been over a year since the 2nd rotator cuff surgery. All seems well as I've been able to return to full strength and significant performance in gym setting. Thanks again Primus and the CSO team. P.S. Great new CSO Facility in Hyde Park.

Dr. Primus is an amazing physician. He is honest and takes his time explaining exactly what the problem is. He will not sugar coat your issue, but instead give you straight facts. He truly cares about his patients. I trust him over most other orthopedic surgeons.

Dr Primus is honest and gives the details as to what the issue is and can it be fixed. He takes the time needed to make sure the patient understands everything going on. Knows that surgery can make one nervous spends the time before surgery calmly and patiently making sure all details are ciovered.

Dr Primus answers your questions with good detail. His billing services have proven to be inadequate. THe billing personnel are very tardy in submitting medical claims AND very unorganized. His billing service continually submit and resubmit claims for the same services.
