I feel very blessed to have been treated by Dr. Pearl. I believe he is the best TOS surgeon in the country. I wish he performed my initial surgeries. He was able to remove my middle scalene from a bed of thick scar and also remove a residual first rib compressing my brachial plexus. I believe he saved my career. God bless this man. I hope I continue to heal without scar in the area. I could not recommend him more highly- well worth the flight to Dallas.

Good luck on contacting office
After multiple calls with this office, including a dr referall, I'm giving up on trying to get an appointment here. The Dr may be amazing but the staff are not doing their job.If you end up getting care here, count your blessings that the stars aligned for you.

I was so impressed with not only Dr. Pearl, but his nurses and staff, and everyone I encountered at BSW. He was able to fit me in for a same day nerve block as part of the diagnostic plan for thoracic outlet syndrome. Since I’m out of state, that was fantastic.

Exceptional bedside manner. Explained everything, and I had a LOT of questions regarding TOS surgery. He is actually one of the best in the country, maybe THE top doc for TOS. And his staff is as exemplary as he is. I got very well taken care of by Dr. Pearl and by his staff. And I am grateful.

Dr Pearl took out my 1st and 2nd ribs as I had thoracic outlet syndrome and enabled me to get back in the softball field for the Olympics! He’s totally awesome and very sweet, calm and reassuring. Never had a doubt when he took over my care!

Dr Pearl did my rib resection surgery in June , he is an excellent doctor. I found him to be very kind and compassionate to the issues I was having, walked me through everything and explained in to me so I could understand. He was always available to me and never rushed me in or out. His staff was always considerate and helpful and my calls to his nurse were always returned promptly. I am pain free from some of the worst pain I'd ever had thanks to Dr Pearl.

Very good at what he does! I went to him for thoracic outlet syndrome surgery, and since I'd done my research he didn't really have to explain anything other than confirming the diagnosis and offering me surgery. Dr. Pearl is one of the best in the nation for TOS and very knowledgeable. My surgery went smoothly and the hospital was great. Considering that they get hundreds of calls a day, the office staff really did awesome at returning my calls and his MA, Melissa, is also incredibly helpful.

I have never experienced the quality of care that I have received from Dr Pearl and the care team and the Baylor Heart and Vascular Center. After years of no diagnosis, and having a "botched" surgery, Dr Pearl was compassionate and listened to my concerns, and performed a thorough surgery to improve use of my left arm. He is one of the BEST for Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, and even his complete care during surgery was single to none. He checked from my nerve root down, and decompressed my arm.

Dr Pearl is an amazing surgeon and with a heart as big as Texas. His bed side manner is truly special, he takes time to listen to you and his calm and soothing demeanor puts you as ease. He recently did a rib resection and pec minor release on my son for his TOS. He made sure that my son was comfortable the entire time and did not allow him to be in pain as well as calm this momma nerves. We Highly recommend Dr Pearl for anyone suffering from any thoracic issues.

Dr. Pearl treated me for Thoracic Outlet Syndrome and did my surgery in May 2015. After seeing numerous doctors over the years who were unable to diagnose and/or treat my symptoms, Dr. Pearl was my saving grace. He is a true specialist in TOS, and he is a skilled surgeon. He took the time to hear my medical history and didn't put me through the ringer or numerous tests. His bedside manner is excellent, and I highly recommend him. Best of all, my pain is almost completely gone.
