Although Dr. Muench had a lot of patients to see when I went in for an urgent care appointment for ear pain, he spent a lot of time diagnosing me and explaining my treatment options. I found him to be a credible source of care, and he sympathized with the pain I was experiencing. I felt slightly rushed when asking questions; however, he answered all the the questions I had for him unhurriedly. In all my experiences with doctor's appointments, the amount of time allotted for my appointment with Dr. Muench seemed comparable with most other doctors - especially when they've got a lot of patients in the waiting room. I felt well attended to for this being an "urgent" care clinic where turnaround times with patients are high.

Dr. Muench has been by primary care physician for over 20 years. He is the best communicator. He really cares about his patients. He is caring yet professional. I can't give a review regarding Sky Ridge because I have never been there. Dr. Muench was my PCP in Wheat Ridge. I have since moved to Arizona. If I was still in Colorado I would drive across town to keep Dr. Muench as my PCP.

I found Dr. Muench to be a caring responsible, trustworthy Dr. He was my PCP for years..Unfortunately I had to change Drs. I can't imagine anyone saying he had no Patience. Great Doctor!!!!!

I found Dr. Muench incredibly rude, condescending and impersonal. He did not take the time to let me fully explain my accident and kept cutting me off while I was talking. He spent MAYBE two minutes in my patient room. After seeing seeing Dr. Muench, I resorted to a specialist and Dr. Muench's diagnosis was wrong thus costing me a great deal of time, patience, and unfortunately money.

When the Dr. Muench came in, he did not shake my hand or even look me in the eyes. He sat down and started barking questions about my medical history that were not pertinent to my visit. He rushed his assessment and did not have any patience to even let me explain what had happened. He was short, rude and I did not care for his degrading tone of voice.
