A rare doctor
Telehealth
I’ve been seeing him on a d off for 20 yrs and he’s the best out there. He gets to the root of the issue and orders appropriate tests and medications. He listens very well and is kind in his manner. If you have an emergency he’s quick to respond.

Outstanding Psychiatrist/Addictionologist & patient advocate. Dr. Miller spends time & patiently listens. Even during this COVID19 Pandemic era, Dr. Miller is assessable via his Receptionist/Office Manager; & readily does Tele-Health communications. His response to prescription changes & refills is immediate. I could not recommend another Psychiatrist as highly. [Submitted by Local Physician & patient]

Wonderful for therapy. Awful for refilling prescriptions. For years now, I have to fight with the office every time a script runs out of refills, even if I have scheduled an appointment. It is extremely frustrating to call in a week in advance and still run out of medication before you hear back from the office.

Dr. Miller is a wonderful combination of compassionate and industrial-strength bright. Time in his office is well spent, teasing out the issues that give me trouble. He keeps absolutely current on pharmaceutical information and is therefore ready to prescribe the best meds for ongoing need. He has been a blessing in my life.

he is one of the few psychiatrists left who do 50 min therapy and prescribes treatment. He excels at medication resistant major depression. He listens and responds appropriately. He is kind and quick to help in a crisis. Office manager is superb. I highly recommend him in his Albany office
