So relieved.
The whole visit was wonderful starting with the very nice desk people. The professional staff were extremely thorough and efficient. Dr. Lopez listened, asked questions and explained what he thought might be going on with the pain from a previous fusion. He referred me for an MRI and CT before making a final recommendation. When I went to the scheduling desk for imaging the young woman said such nice things about him that solidified my confidence.

Fantastic Orthopedic Dr.He
Telehealth
He's a very concerned and Patient Dr. And very easy to talk to He will listens to all your concerns and take whatever measures and steps and try to understand and figure out what is causing your pain, He prescribe me a muscle relaxer kept having spasms to ease pain and request MRI or Ex ray to make sure there nothing fractured or broken and he will always do a follow-up with all his patients. Thanks

Dr Lopez Initial Visit
Very good experience from arrival through visit with Dr Lopez. System is efficient, his PA who visited with me before the doctor, and Dr Lopez himself were all very helpful, listened, and explained the diagnosis clearly. No procedures at this point but I have confidence that Dr Lopez will handle things very well.

Dr Lopez is a wonderful surgeon
I debated having spine surgery and fusion because I did not have significant pain, only numbness. Now 3 months later I am so happy I did! The numbness is gone and I feel amazing. I can keep up with my children and grandchildren all thanks to Dr. Lopez. He is a fantastic surgeon with a great team beside him. Every person I dealt with was capable and caring. I recommend Dr. Gregory Lopez 100 %!

Excellent Doctor and Staff
I highly recommend Dr. Lopez for his excellent surgical skills as well as his ability to quickly analyze my painful spinal issues. I have had two very successful surgeries with him (for two separate problems) and am so happy with the pain-free results. Dr. Lopez, as well as his staff, are to be commended for their efficiency, concern, compassion and trouble-shooting skills. Thank you, Dr. Lopez!

A very dedicated person in his field.
Dr Lopez is a very caring and an experienced doctor and surgeon. He is very competent and has a good staff to support him in his quest to bring his patients relief from their various spinal conditions. He has helped me out several times in the past and I am seeing him again for relief because of a ongoing cervical issue. He is my go to guy because I believe in his ability to help me maintain a good quality of life. You will not find a more dedicated person in his field.

Dr. Lopez is Awesome
Dr. Lopez took his time to explain my Lumbar 4 and 5 X-rays and had me schedule an MRI to further confirm my painful condition. Later in the evening I met a woman from Chile whose husband has a similar health issue. I gave her Dr. Lopez’s contact information. I love Northwestern’s staff.

Monumental Improvements After Spinal Surgery
My father underwent a spinal fusion laminectomy surgery last year after experiencing excruciating spinal stenosis pain for almost two years. The surgery performed by Dr. Lopez and his team was an absolute success, and it resulted in vast improvements in my dad's quality of life. Throughout the entire process, Dr. Lopez and his entire staff were caring and phenomenal. There are no words to convey how grateful my father and entire family are for the exceptional results achieved after surgery.

Spinal Fusion T4-T10 bone graft around T7
I love Dr Lopez! I’m very appreciative for him and his team. I had been complaining of back for several months before. I was treated medicinally. I was in so much pain I decided I needed a spine specialist. I had hip surgery 3 years ago thru Midwest Orthopedics at Rush. So I asked my hip surgeon for recommendations. I feel like I’ve won the lottery with Dr Lopez!

75 Year Old Spinal Fusion
I've had sciatica for years along with hip pain. I went through physical therapy many times without results. As a last resort, I met with Dr. Lopez to discuss the possibility of surgery to relieve the pain. He was very confident that he could resolve the pain with a short recovery. I had an L4-L5 spinal fusion and a laminectomy. I was up and walking the day after surgery and all of the nerve pain was immediately gone. I was walking up the stairs by the end of the week and within 2 months, I felt completely normal again.I wish I would have had the surgery with Dr. Lopez sooner. He was very personable and reassuring, and I would recommend him to anyone.
