Dr. Gregory Lackides, MD

Can be rude. Felt rushed.

I was very impressed with Dr Lackides in the beginning, as I thought he was very thorough and ordered a lot of labs to understand my health in detail. As time progressed, his appointments were much more rushed and he did not take time to explain things ... even concerning lab results that came back abnormal. I even had a medication interaction that could have landed me in the ER or worse. I understand that doctors are put under a lot of pressure these days to get patients in and out ... some of this may not have been his fault. My last appointments involved me waiting for a LONG time to be seen, as he was running very late and my last appointment he did not see me at all. No explanation, no apology. It seems that if you complain about things like this, someone in administration will want to get rid of you. Something you wouldn't expect from any medical clinic. Once again, I am shopping for another PCP.

I love Dr. Lackides. Very knowledgeable, great bedside manner, and always helpful for last minute things such as prior authorizations and such. I left another doctor in this practice to come to Dr. Lackides and I couldn't be happier.

Dr Lackides is very thorough when he does assessment. My wife and I are very satisfied with his services. He is the kind of Doctor that we can talk to casually about our health issues. He listens and recommends options and work with us if there are new medications that he introduce. He is very flexible to our schedule if we need to reschedule appointments that we can't help but have to be changed. He takes time to talk to us and we never felt rushed to catch up with his other patients.
