From scheduling an appointment to check-out it was a seamless experience, friendly and professional. Dr Kolovich and his PA were attentive and easy to talk with, Dr Kolovich diagnosed my medical problem and scheduled the next step to resolve the pain and regain the use of my fingers. This is not my only occasion needing Orthopedic care. At that difficult time I received the same comfortable and secure medical care from the office staff, physicians, and surgery center at Optim.

First visit to this facility and with Dr Kolovich for a trigger finger issue. The facility was clean and presentable, administrative and medical staff polite, courteous, helpful and professional. The PA, a delightful, friendly and thorough lady, who initially met me was outstanding, examined my painful trigger finger and explained my options - I opted for an injection in my hand palm which was painless and she advised me of what I would hopefully expect. Dr Kolovich was friendly, professional, reassuring, reiterated the PA’s remarks and availed himself if my issue wasn’t resolved. This process was two days ago and the finger swelling has gradually subsided., pain gone and I once again have appropriate pain-free finger movement. This is very comforting at almost 82. Never felt rushed - highly recommend both Dr Kolovich.

Great experience.

I have elbow issues as a result of a fall in an altered utility cover. I suffered several injuries including my elbow. My elbow has gotten worse over time. I had a PRP per Dr. K’s recommendation. I find him to be very forthright and easy to understand. We are awaiting final results of the PRP. I believe he makes recommendations that are in my best interests.

I am a repeat patient & do not hesitate to have Dr. Kolovich provide care for me. This was a diagnostic visit with treatment. Dr Kolovich explained treatment & possible follow up if needed.

As a retired nurse, I was much impressed with his matter-of-fact approach. Between his extensive training and experience, he recognized the problem and treated it at that appointment. No 'physical therapy' stall, just dealt with the problem.

Service was outstanding.

Dr K. is addressing carpel tunnel and arthritis in my hands. He knows I’m a busy pianist and his first question is about my music. He shares that his son is taking piano lessons. We have a few laughs and then we focus on my hands. I’m relaxed, I feel like he is interested in me as a person (not just a patient) and I trust him. We’ve been trying a more natural approach for my hands. I do a series of exercises daily and wear a splint on both hands at night. I’m having excellent improvement in both hands. In fact, my hands have improved so much that we have decided to postpone surgery and to continue with the splint and exercises. I am thrilled! I’ll see him again in 6 months but I believe if I do my part and follow his treatment plan, I can maximize the quality of the strength and dexterity in my hands. I also appreciate that Dr. K. doesn’t treat me like an old lady. I’m almost 75, but he doesn’t act like I’m a senior citizen. That’s a big deal!

Follow-up visit for my thumb. Dr. Kolovich is very thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. He answers all my questions without making me feel rushed. I would highly recommend Dr. Kolovich.

Great Experience. First meeting with Dr. Kolovich. He listened intently to my issues and took the time to explain, in detail, what he observed with my hand and wrist, including taking me from the exam room to review my xrays. I never felt rushed and after discussing options, we agreed to additional tests prior to recommending a course of treatment. I appreciated his patience and not rushing into a 'quick fix' but to seek the cause of my pain. Excellent Doctor - patient relational skills. Would highly recommend.
