Great Doctor
I feel fortunate to be one of Dr. Jesteadt's patients. He is very knowledgeable and explains medical options clearly. He is always friendly, easy to talk to, never rude. I trust his medical expertise. I also like him because he is from New Jersey ! I hope he works in Harrisonburg for many more years.

No follow up or returned calls.
Dr Jesteadt referred my elderly mother to a neck and spine doctor mid-September who performed an MRI. It is now mid December and after repeated calls to both the referring doctor and doctor Jesteadt, she has yet to receive any calls back to give her any updates on test results. I, myself, left three messages this past week and have yet to hear back from anyone.

He is too greedy to send me to a specialist and only more labs and labs... just refer when you don't know to a specialist!

Had Dr. Jesteadt for a procedure, not an office visit, but was very pleased to be in his care: my spouse and I appreciated his knowledge, bed-side manner, and down-to-earth explanations. I felt that my questions were all taken seriously and answered respectfully. Very pleased with his care and professionalism.

Best doctor ever. Positive bedside manner. I hate going to the doctor, but he makes it not as bad. Explains things well. Very kind. Never rude. In emergencies he can be hard to schedule with and I usually get someon else. Frustrating, but understandable since he's the best doctor at the practice IMHO.

Dr. Jesteadt has been my physician for well over 5 years. My young daughter is also seen by him. Our care has been excellent. He's always very friendly and considerate with his time and to my concerns. I have recommended him several times to family and friends. All those who have taken my recommendation have told me that they are pleased to have him as their doctor. I feel confident in his care of me and my child. Five stars!

Office staff is like bull dogs! Not professional what so ever. Dr. Jesteadt is extremely arrogant & rude! When you ask him a ?, if u get an answer, he belittles u. He spends no time with u. His first ? to me when he walked n the room was, what r u here for? His nurse Brittany needs an attitude adjustment too. I never once called their office and left the two of them a message, that I ever got my call returned! Never! When u need refills on your meds, they call all the ones n that u don't need an
