Dr. Gregory Groshan, DMD

Dr. Groshan is an extremely competent oral surgeon. His years of experience are evident. According to another local oral surgeon’s consult, my case was super complex. But not to Dr. Groshan. He made me feel as though it was routine (and his fees were half the price of the other surgeon’s). I’m at Phase 2 of a four process implant procedure — and so far, it’s smooth sailing under his skilled hands. Everyone in his office has bent over backwards to take care of me. No one likes oral surgery, but Dr. Groshan and his staff has made it almost pleasant.

Although Dr. Groshan was attentive during my families consultations, his office manager Debbie was rude and condescending. The office staff did not properly explain charges up front. When we called to question, Debbie made rude comments that my husband overheard when she thought he had her on hold. I would never have dental work done in this office because of his rude office staff. Make sure you get all the charges explained before being seen by the doctor.

He is wonderful, his staff Debbie is like "Attila the Hun" she is so rude, she caused me to cancel my appointment. But as long as he is willing to lose business over her, what can I say.

I must say Dr.Groshan was one of the most sentative & understanding physicians I have seen in some time. Although, unable to perform extraction in his office due to my complex medical issue & insurance issue w/hospital he has privileges-even though he wasn’t able to perform procedure, he didn’t rush me out of office. He took time to explain & offer assistance in helping find a oral surgeon that could perform procedure.My teeth are not in good condition, he sensed my embarrassment & was so kind
