Here is the list of why he is getting one star from me. I used to be a patient. I have issues with transportation and I don’t live close to his location, and he’s one of the 2 doctors in the city that deal with Crohn’s disease. I have called so much over the past 2 months to get an appointment because the refills of my medication for my Crohn’s disease needed to be refilled. I had missed a few previous appointments due to no transportation and the last time was a family emergency all the way in Texas that I had to get flown out for. Anyway, the way they run things over there is that I have to call and the person taking my info has to send a message to the provider and then they need to call me back for an appointment. It’s been 2 months, and now I’m releasing blood in my stools because my stomach is so messed up and a person that’s supposed to help me…..a “DOCTOR”, will not even bother to call me back when HE said in order to get refills, I need to make an appt to be seen. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO!!!! He’s a 1 star doctor because how do you leave your patients out to dry and you’re a doctor. I just got my transportation issue alleviated due to finding out Medicaid gives free rides. I am bleeding with every bathroom trip. The ER won’t do anything but make me sit in there for HOURS when I tell them what the problem is and sends me home with antibiotics every single time. Do not go to this doctor or anyone in his office because clearly they don’t give a damn about the health of their patients. Maybe he needs to float to other hospitals because it’s ridiculous that I have to travel over 30min to go see a doctor because he’s the only one that deals with my disease. So, you can never get a call back, and no matter how sick you are, if you piss them off enough from missing appointments, they will REFUSE to see you again. Beware with seeing them because you’ll be left out to dry. And me losing blood with bathroom trips is not good for me because I’m on blood thinners and have heart issues and he doesn’t care enough unless you’re lining his pockets with money. I’m over this city and I’m over these wack *ss doctors as well. Since you won’t see me as a patient anymore, I’ll give you a good reason to never see me again. I have never been so upset in my life. My stomach feels like it’s being torn out every single day and this doctor doesn’t give a rats *ss. And if you never got my request, maybe you need new people working for you. Save your response because at this point I don’t want to hear it. I would never abandon a patient with this kind of disease, and here you are, abandoning a patient.

He is the best doctor and he listen to the patient very well. One main thing I love about this doctor he never show you he is in hurry. He spend 15 to 20 minutes with patient. Also i don't remember any doctor call you in your home to ask you the health issue .The hospital is very good and most of the staff are very helpful when you call or in the facility. I am so glad that I found this place and my doctor.
