Very knowledgable
Both my husband and I see Dr. Bratton or someone at his office. He listens and is very thorough. Everyone I have seen is kind and down to earth. Have great bedside manner. I feel confident in their work. We are getting a hold of our medical issues in an efficient manner.

Excellent doctor but HORRIBLE office interactions
Dr. Bratton is great; he is considerate of your time; he listens and is quite pleasant to interact with and is likely a very good doctor. HOWEVER, (and this is an absolute 'no go' for any future dealings with his practice), it is impossible to get a timely response to even the simplest prescription refill request, question about a test result, or a billing issue. As an example, I was told I needed a lab test done after taking a particular course of medicine and to call the office once I completed the medication so they could order the test. It took 9 (!!) phone calls over the course of 4 weeks before I got a response promising to order the test. I went to the lab a couple of days later and learned that they had not received the order!I have had similar issues with prescriptions. At my annual checkup they failed to 'reup' my daily prescriptions causing me to run out. I also had a billing question as they charged me over $700 for my annual visit. Again, no response.I give up.

This has been so frustrating trying to get a call back. I went in with a painful back issue and was told they would refer me to a spine specialist. 3 days later and in pain, I still have not heard back with a referral and none of my phone calls have been returned about the pain I'm currently in. Just trying to get a prescription to control this pain until I see the specialist. I am now searching for another primary care office. Not acceptable.

AVOID ALL DR. BRATTON OFFICES!
Our family just moved to Brock and we have been so very excited to get out here finally. Unfortunately, Dr. Bratton’s Brock office location has truly soured our experience so far living in a new town. We switched our entire family of 7 to their practice and after the NP Shay seeing our two oldest kids, we were called the next day only TWENTY minutes before our appointment for our two middle kids telling us in the most unkind manner that we are not welcome anymore. I asked why and was told that “after further review” of our two older kids charts that they will not allow our younger 3 kids to be patients anymore because they are not “fully vaccinated”. The NP Shay made my two daughters feel super uncomfortable at their appointment and she was quite harsh and crass in her tone and demeanor, not at all warm or friendly or patient. The receptionist, I think Alicia, acted very unprofessional and immature on the phone. The office manager Kaitlyn wasn’t able to explain their own policy.

Horrible communication
I'd love to tell you what stood out about my visit but unfortunately there hasn't been one. I'm trying to assist my mother with her mediations. She asked for a refill for her meds on 1/1/2024 it is now 1/7/2824 and when I checked the prescription is still waiting on the doctors response. I called to try and speak with someone and got a recording that gave me several options. I tried the only one that directly led to speaking to someone and it went to voicemail, after not receiving a response to the voicemail I tried scheduling an appointment. The recording for that option states that there will be a $49 charge for all no shows and all appointments not cancelled with 24 hours notice. Then the it says press 1 to continue. I pressed 1 and it sent me back to the main menu. I thought it was a fluke so I went through the cycle again and had the same thing happen. This time I pressed nothing and it just said leave a message at the end. No prompt to speak to anyone. I'm going to find her a DR.

I didn't want to believe other reviewers
I moved our family to this office because I guess I was lucky to get in one day. I had a good visit with Dr. Bratton and so I made appointments for my kids. Since those initial appointments you can never get them to answer the phones- and I mean multiple calls for several days. I have finally just gone into the office to ask my question. Every time I have gone in there are frustrated people because they won't answer the phone. One was an older gentleman who had called numerous days and just needed a prescription refill. The woman at the front desk said, 'We get over 600 phone calls a day and can't answer them all.' But they refuse the hire anyone else. A friend left their office over a year ago and said they had the same issues then. One of my kids had some really scary symptoms and it was nearly impossible to get an appointment, to get results, and there was absolutely no follow up. It is shocking that this office remains open and that they continue to treat patients so poorly.

I would never recommend this office to anyone.
My husband and I have been going to this office for almost two years. It is the most disorganized doctor’s office I have ever been to in my life. They are very unresponsive to patient questions. You cannot get anyone to answer you when you leave a message. They are not only inefficient, they made a drastic change in my thyroid medication which caused me months of problems and I had to go to another physician to get it rectified. Bottom line - their carelessness caused me many health problems which I did not have until seeing them. I would never recommend this office to anyone.

Office staff is terrible, passive aggressive. I have never meet anyone that was so good at being ugly with a smile on her face. Waited 3 weeks for labs and ultrasound results after I made several attempts to call. I had to call facility to get the report. Then they referred me to an ENT that doesn’t even do biopsies. I called today for my records and the employee said “you want all of them”? I said I have only been there one time. So yes I need it all. After all that she gave me the number to medical records. She wouldn’t let me just pick them up. Told me good luck and hung up on me.

Disappointed
I was referred to Dr Bratton by a friend, I wanted to start pellet therapy. Long story short it was a 7 week cycle of multiple visits, misplaced lab results, no phone call back for weeks etc…Even thru all of that I stayed patient, flexible, and nice. Today finally I had my appt to get my pellets, I waited over an hour after they called me back to the examination room so I finally just walked out. The bottom line here is Dr Bratton should be much more respectful of people’s time. (The PA/NP had previously told me it would be a 10 minute visit) The only positive thing I will say about my overall experience here is that ‘Kaitlyn’ an employee there is very professional, nice and I do appreciate her…

Dr Bratton is a good communicator. He takes the time you need to listen to your concerns. He is personable and kind. Knows his supplements well. I’m thankful I found him having moved from CA to here. Never missed a beat with continuity of care for me.

My wife and I have been very pleased with Dr. Bratton and his staff since we moved to Weatherford in 2013. We have never felt he ever made a "bad" or "incorrect" decision on our healthcare. He is very busy and efficient, but he also listens to all of our concerns and does a great job of answering our questions. We are lucky to have him as our family doctor.

I have seen Dr. Bratton for over 5 years and this is the first time that I went to his location in Brock (closer to home). I got in to see his PA, prescribed me medicine and said that if I wasn't better to give them a call back. I called back on Monday and spoke to the receptionist pertaining to the medicine that I was prescribed to me and stated that I needed something else. It is Thursday and I haven't heard from anyone yet, so I left another message this morning and still haven't heard heard from anyone. I don't feel any better than when I went in on Thursday. So going on a week, I still feel like crap and had taken several didn't medicines.

Absolutely HORRIBLE! I have waited on a prior auth for medication for 3 weeks now. Instead of sending the prior auth to both insurance companies, (because I’m dual covered) they decide to just do one at a time. Instead of offering to call in another med for the time being they did nothing but drag their feet. I never had an issue when Kelly was there and I seen her. I work in the medical field and I know how things work and there is absolutely NO excuse for this. They received notice that I need
