Dr. Jossart performed my gastric bypass at CMSP in July of 2005. I was 36 years old, 5' tall, and weighed 396 lbs. Everything was thoroughly explained and Dr. Jossart was incredible. I knew that the surgery was a huge risk and there was a possibility that I would not pull through. But I was destined to die of a heart attack or stroke because my blood pressure was uncontrollable by the highest doses of medicine at the time. He made sure I understood all of the pros and cons before that day came. I knew that it was not likely I would ever weigh less than 200 lbs, but that was half my weight. I had a husband of 10 years who loved me, a great job working in government and a 14 year old daughter. I had been unable to have more children. I owe not only my life, but my 2nd daughter born in '07, to Dr. Jossart. At 51 years young, I weigh about 155lbs, and have only had my arm skin removed. My quality of life is amazing and I owe it to this man. Thanks Dr. J for taking such good care of me. ?

Dr. Jossart is a magnificent surgeon and very user-friendly. I had complete confidence in Dr.Jossart from the day I met him. He performed hiatal hernia removal surgery on me and the entire experience was seamless. I recommend him 100%. Also, the office staff is great; nice and very organized.

This review is long overdue. I had bariatric surgery (gastric sleeve) done in mid September 2019 by Dr. Jossart. An absolute flawless outcome, with minimal initial side effects. It’s now almost August 2020 and I have lost 100 plus pounds. My blood pressure, sugars, and other problems have completely resolved. Walking 12,000 steps a day, and enjoying my “new” life. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Jossart and his superb team if you’re considering a bariatric procedure!

I had weight loss surgery in 2011 with Dr Josart and it changed my life. I wish I had known about it when I was 30 instead of coming across it at 60. I had complete trust in Dr Josart’s expertise after attending his monthly support group for many years before deciding to have him perform the Bariatric Sleeve. I had been a member of Overeating Anonymous for many years and having the surgery was the tool I needed to continue eating in an abstinent and mindful way that I continue today.
