Dr. Hallbauer has been in Conroe since separating from the US Air Force (honorable discharge) in 2001. He started as a teaching faculty member at the Conroe Family Medicine Residency and subsequently transitioned to Sadler Clinic and eventual to private practice.Family Medicine
