Dr. Gregg Anigian, MD

I cannot express enough how grateful I am to Dr. Gregg Anigian. He is not only a brilliant surgeon but a true artist in his field. After being diagnosed with breast cancer, I was terrified of losing my femininity and going through such a complex procedure. However, Dr. Anigian performed a DIEP flap reconstruction, and the results have exceeded all my expectations.The level of care, attention to detail, and skill that went into my 9-hour surgery is remarkable. Not only was there minimal pain and absolutely no complications, but the outcome is so incredible that I feel whole again. I never thought I could look and feel this good after such a journey. Dr. Anigian truly has a gift, and I will be forever thankful for what he has done for me.If you're looking for a surgeon who combines genius-level expertise with perfectionist precision, Dr. Anigian is the one.

I know Dr Anigian as a friend for over 40 years and a classmate at UT Southwestern, where he excelled academically. He received excellent training in General Surgery and Plastics as you may review. More importantly, his more than 30 years in Plastics here in Dallas have allowed him to intuitively determine what works the best for patients and provides them the most desirable outcomes based on experience. For this and many other reasons, I chose him as my Plastic Surgeon. His pre-operative preparation was extensive, leaving no questions for me as to how I should prepare. His staff is exceptional and professional. Rhonda RN in particular is aware of all of his preoperative protocols and prepares patients for the best result. The facility for surgery is intimate and efficient: you feel you are all they are concentrating on that day, and you are. My recovery was uneventful and postoperative instructions were clarified repeatedly. Outcome was superb. Recommend Dr Anigian above all!

Just need to share what an exceptional experience and results I’ve had with Dr Anagian and the whole team. Expert surgeon as well as trusted exceptional nurses and team members. Dr Anigian, Ruth and Ronda are the best. Thankful that I found them!!

Do not use this office for Diep flaps. The lack of experience and technical expertise is evident. Mine failed even though it’s supposed to have a 99% success rate. As an example, no tests were performed prior to surgery to analyze my arteries and vessels. Follow up was even worse while I was having major post- op complications. Ruth should not be allowed to consult with patients due to her complete lack of expertise and compassion. During post op appointments she ignored major complications like a nerve injury I suffered and the failed diep. I never leave reviews but want to provide awareness to others of my experience.

Every time I have any type of treatment from filler to surgery I am always happy. I know after I leave I will look and fell better each time.

Dr. Anigian and his staff are wonderful. I am 4 weeks post op from a mini tummy tuck and breast lift. I feel great and love my results already. The surgery center that Dr. Anigian uses was amazing as well. I couldn’t have had a better experience.

Dr. Anigian, Deb, Ruth, Rhonda, Marty, and the entire staff, thank you! I suffered immensely from my breast implants. I was sick for many years with a great deal of pain/symptoms of BII. Dr. Anigian removed my implants in January. The moment I arrived at the surgical center I felt at ease. No anxiety whatsoever. Marty, Dr. Anigians nurse, Jeff Stone, the anesthesiologist, and I chatted away about traveling, and before I knew it, I was out. I woke up from anesthesia without any issues. The next day, Ruth called to check on me and has been in touch ever since to answer all my questions. Through this entire experience I had a support system with Ruth and Deb, going above and beyond to make me feel at ease and cared for, love you both. Dr. Anigian, thank you for the beautiful results. This review is long overdue. I have had 4 C-Sections and nursed all 4 children. This, along with age (mid 40s), left me with significant excess skin in my abdomen and breasts that had no substance. Dr. Anigian completed a Mommy Makeover on me in January of 2020. This involved a Breast Lift, Tummy Tuck and Liposuction. My results are OUTSTANDING. It is so nice to be able to wear shirts that are not tunics as well as jeans that fit in the waist. Dr. Anigian clearly explained the surgery and the recovery. If anything, he underestimated my results. I had no idea he could put me back together this perfectly. He is not a plastic surgeon. He’s an artist that has been trained as a plastic surgeon. I’m so thankful for him and his staff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Wonderful surgery experience. I've had the 2nd surgery with Dr. Anigian for a head lump problem that had worried me a lot. He assured me it wasn't dangerous, and it turned out it was very easily removed by him, with no post-operatory issues and no pains at all. I will, of course, go back for the 3rd skin issue I have, in confidence that there cannot be a better cosmetic surgeon in Dallas. My gratitude to Dr. Anigian and his highly-professional staff. On a last note: as someone who fears surgeries, I also found his office to look more calming than others I've seen.

Dr. Anigian is an excellent surgeon and artist. He is a perfectionist and does amazing work. Both my sister and I have had procedures done and we both have been extremely happy.

Dr. Anigian performed my breast reconstruction after my bilateral mastectomy due to a breast cancer diagnosis. I cannot imagine going through the diagnosis and multiple surgeries without the compassionate care and unparalleled expertise of Dr. Anigian. Dr. Anigian never rushed through my appointments and always made me feel like he had all the time in the world for me. Most importantly, he did an outstanding job on my reconstruction. Starting with the initial consultation, it was obvious that Dr. Anigian and his staff are a dedicated and caring team of professionals who work closely to provide the best possible outcomes and treat patients with respect. I cannot say enough fantastic things about Dr. Anigian & his staff. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in Jan 2019. Dr. Anigian was a referral by my surgical oncologist. I chose to have a double mastectomy/ reconstruction and Dr. Anigian along with his staff have been an integral part of my recovery!! Wow. I CAN NOT say enough amazing things about this physician. DR. Anigian or as I like to call him, Dr. GENIUS, has given me life with the mere touch of a scalpel. This man doesn't speak a lot but he speaks through his work. I am a breast cancer survivor and Dr. Anigian was highly recommended by my oncologist and several other medical professionals. He has a reputation of being meticulous and he listens to you. I CHOSE him because he wanted me to take my time and think about my future with reconstruction. He wanted me to not think of the fastest solution but one that would last a lifetime. He did a few surgeries on me including a DIEP flap which was about 12 hours and even though I was worried because that's a natural thing getting a surgery, he and his staff made me feel at ease and comfortable. From my first visit to Dr. Anigian's office, I was made to feel comfortable, all my questions were answered in depth and I was treated with great respect. I had 20 year old breast implants removed and a breast lift done. The procedure was quick and I am very pleased with the results. I cannot even say I experienced any pain after surgery and during recovery, I did have some slight discomfort which was easily managed with one or two pain pills. I am only 8 weeks out and already my scars are miniscule and I am very pleased with the shape of my breasts. Should I need any additional cosmetic surgery, I will go to no one other than Dr. Anigian.

Dr. Anigian does not care about breast cancer patients. After two failed attempts, his comment was "I tried my best". I question his skills and Knowledge, however, there is no doubt about his greed. He insisted on payment up front for the other breast to match the reconstructed breast, telling me Medicare would not pay. Vulnerable at the time, I did pay. Later I insisted on a medicare claim. It was covered. His Practice Manager had to refund. Cold; lacks communication skills.

Dr. Anigian has been a blessing. He understands that good reconstruction can be a long process. He recommended that I take a lot of time (almost 4 months) to let my body heal between mastectomy and DIEP because I had just finished 6 months of grueling chemo. Frustrated at the time, I just wanted it to be over, but he was right. I was stronger, and the DIEP was easier than I imagined. I was prepared for the phases after DIEP and am so happy. He is an artist and is respected at Presby Dallas.

I had a second procedure done by Dr. Anigian in January, 2018. (Breast reduction and Lipo). I have had excellent results. The recovery was much easier than I thought it would be. As with my neck and eye surgery last year and the breast reduction and lipo this year I am so pleased and happy with how everything turned out. Dr. Anigian is an experienced and gifted surgeon and he knows how to give you the results that are a complete natural look. His staff is also very helpful and friendly....

When I was diagnosed with breast cancer, I was informed I would have to have a bilateral mastectomy which was difficult to handle. Upon my first meeting with Dr. Anigian, I knew he was the doctor for me. He is knowledgeable, professional and a perfectionist. Now, with each procedure I need to have, I am always extremely happy with his work. Every time I leave his office, I feel confident that he and his staff put me as a priority.
