Dr. Greg Gilbert, MD

It was very hard to make an appointment, once made, I was given a call saying that the doctor will not see me and they were cancelling the appointment. I asked for the reason and unapologetically was told by personnel that the doctor did not give a reason and to leave a message with his nurse. I left a message and received no response, I rechecked my insurance making sure he was in network and he was. This would have been my first time seeing this doctor and if this is a sample of their customer service, which I take it to be, I'm happy the Dr. canceled. I say, If you don't have customer service skills have a team that can make up for your shortcomings.

I had an appointment for over a month. The day of the appointment, only 3 hours prior to scheduled time, I got a call from Dr. Gilbert’s office telling me they we’re gonna reschedule. I asked to speak with the doctor, I was told that he doesn’t return calls. I find this 100% unacceptable. Dr. Gilbert, If you can keep an appointment with people seeking medical care, maybe you should consider another line of work. You have failed at customer service and caring for your patients

Dr Gilbert performed a routine colonoscopy on my husband recently. Both he and his staff were highly skilled, professional and understanding. From the assistants to the nurses to the doctors, their sense of humor and their knowledge put us at ease from the beginning. The procedure was fast and efficient. Don’t hesitate to see Dr Gilbert if you need his help.

when I called to schedule my college son they were so friendly and professional and was able to get apt for the next morning. Didn't have to wait long although they were very busy. Dr. Gilbert came n the room and was so friendly and informative. My son and I was so pleased with our visit with him. I mentioned to the nurse how well run the office is and would totally refer Dr. Gilbert and staff to anyone looking for a specialist. So grateful to them.

Yes, he is in and out of your room quickly - because he's very busy. He is also no nonsense, which works best with me. He can even be funny given the chance. I appreciate his experience and the quality of his care.
