Outstanding staff and communication!
Dr Padley does an outstanding job of taking care of his Patients. He has taken care of my entire family at one point or another. His staff is first class and always very attentive. After 25 years in the sports medicine business I highly recommend him!!

Great experience from consult to eventual tendon repair surgery on the shoulder. My outcome so far has been fantastic with pain levels going down and arm function working as expected. Outcomes do vary by patient; however, can highly recommend for anyone that requires shoulder surgery.

Excellent. Advance paperwork is a plus. Dr was very personal and gave the prognosis and gave me a shot and with therapy instructions. On time (actually early) for appointment. Advanced paperwork helped. Highly recommend him. Very easy and comfortable to talk to.

Saw Dr. Padley's office twice in the last month. First visit I met with his assistant and was sent for an MRI. Never actually met with Padley. Second visit he comes in rushed and says he can fixed the torn meniscus with surgery. "My assistant will give you the details." He is gone. The assistant gave me a package with the scheduler and out I went. Called the scheduler 5 times over the next week. No response. Then the voice mail was full and could not leave messages. Finally talked with someone at the office who was very apologetic and assured me Dr. Padley would reply promptly. Nothing ever happened. I called again after another week and they said the scheduler left and the assistant was gone also. I left another message and found a new surgeon. I wonder if I will get a call back? I have never written a negative review and I am sympathetic to personnel issues. Just wanted everyone to have a heads up. Maybe he is a great surgeon and a bad business man??
