Dr. Grant Michael Kleiber, MD

From Dr. Kleiber and his nurse practitioner they both listened to all of my questions and answered every last question that I asked where I could understand them completely, that I truly loved.

Knowing that I'm a contractor, Dr. Kleiber explained the healing process in practical terms, as well as exercises that I should do on my own.

Dr. Kleiber is concerned about the patient's concerns and fears for their condition. He makes sure patient understands what to or not to do. Safe or unsafe action/treatments for your condition.

Dr. Kleiber was great. Detailed, thorough, understanding.

Worst bedside manner ever. If I were dying I still wouldn’t see him. I had surgery the day before I saw him. My father passed the day before that. The funeral was supposed to be that day, however, we pushed it to the next day as I had waited weeks and weeks for my first appointment to see this doctor who so many other doctors had pointed me to as they were perplexed by my case. But no Dr. Kleiber he and his horrendous bedside manner in 2 minutes with no exam said this is too complex and you can’t add bones back in and you have the best range of motion you will have (he never did an exam) he said my c spine was horrible based on the MRI he reviewed. I asked if my Chiari Malformation had any barring and he said he didn’t know I had one, however, in his doctor’s notes he implies that he told me that it has no barring not the other way around and he does not mention that it is too complex for him the great GodDoctor. Here is the GREAT KICKER let’s see if anyone ever reads this part- Dr. Grant Kleiber never did any exam on me and got up to walk out of the room within just a few minutes of walking in off that little barstool he was sitting on with his assistant behind him typing away. I was shocked and asked him to please check out the giant painful lump in my hand and he huffed, grabbed some gloves from the wall sat back down in front of me on the stool and touched my hand for the first and only time of the only part of the entire exam I had there for about six seconds then he said I don’t know. Then he said you need to go back to Dr. Cestare the pain management doctor and have about three or four more surgeries and go back to Dr Mesfin the Spinal surgeon and have about two more surgeries and then maybe you can come back to me and maybe I can do a surgery for the ulnar nerve neuropathy but really you need something for your c spine. So okay. See you. And he was gone. That was all five or six minutes. I walked out and had the worst panic and anxiety attack of my life and felt like I died with my dad. Thanks Dr. Kleiber.

Dr Kleiber is a phenomenal surgeon. He has removed several nerve tumors and each procedure has been outstanding. He is extremely knowledgeable and engaging and he takes the time to listen to you. He's also empathic and wants to understand the pain your experiencing. Additionally the nurse who works with him, Nurse Kimberly Miller is absolutely wonderful and shares many of the same qualities of Dr Kleiber - no wonder they work so well together.
