Wait is always super long. Many times over an hour. The dr doesn't listen to what you are saying and spends less then 10 mins with patient. Just tries to put you on meds for no reason

The Doctor doesn't listen to what my symptoms were, became upset when I seemed a second opinion. Very judgmental attitude.

Could be much better
The staff that works in the office is very nice and helpful. But you wait for over an hour to see the Dr and he just sees you for 5 mins. Doesn't listen to anything you're trying to say. Really shows no general concern for the patient and has been overall rude each time I've seen him.

I waited over an hour for my consultation with Dr. Zara, then when we met he was condescending, didn't believe my date of birth, would not acknowledge my reason for seeing him, kept leaving the room to talk on his cell phone, and prescribed me medication for symptoms I repeatedly told him I do not have. He then would not specify what the medication was and refused to give me a referral to a specialist.

I have been a patient's of Dr. Zara's for well over 5 years. Dr Zara shows genuine concern for me as a patient, provides useful advice in maintaining and increasing my health and establishes good proactive and preventive measures that ensures that I reach an acceptable baseline for being healthy. I cannot think of anyone more trustworthy than this doctor. Anyone else who disagrees I suspect has an ulterior motive. I highly recommend him as you primary.

I went to the doctor Graciano on February 2020. I went to the office doctor twice. I explained I was sick and he don’t listen what I said. He told I have pain in the back because I get to the gymnasium. I said I don’t go to the gym and I never used gym, but he don’t believe what I said . I never use this doctor no more. I’m still sick with pain in my back , my shoulders, and my stomach, I explained everything to the doctor but he never did nothing.

I have been with Dr. Zara for well over 7 years and he has been nothing short of being extremely professional and caring about my personal health and well-being. I was/am so confident in his ability as a medical professional that I referred my wife to him who is now and remains a devoted patient.

I am with Dr. Zara for 13 years and very satisfied and appreciate his concern about my health. He takes time to explain what is going on as a patient and his plans of treatment and referral are very helpful. His desire to help, keep me from staying with him for a long period of time. He is highly recommended.

Dr. Zara is a nice doctor. He takes time with you to explain things and refers you to specialist without hesitation if needed. The staff is friendly and helpful and everyone at the office speaks Spanish . In case of emergency they see you here same day . Office is usually filled with people so there might be a little wait but its worth it. Nice clean waiting room also.

Terrible. Bedside manner was terrible. Abrupt and just said whatever he wanted to say. I felt as though he wasn't listening to me at all. He was very condescending to me. There IS a thing called shared decision making amongst patients and doctors and he seemed to have none of it. I do not recommend.
