Dr. Grace Dougan, MD

Our first visit started out kind of ruff because they didn't have my Grandson on the schedule. The office manager was very helpful and talk to the doctor for him to still be seen. Dr. Dougan was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us figure out why my Grandson was not growing at a proper rate. We were very nervous as there we many tests that needed to be done. She was very caring about explaining what testing needed to be done and we are so glad we were referred to her! After all the testing was done she told us that he wasn't producing growth hormones and would need to be put on medication and she fully described to us what that entailed. We are very thankful that he had to have an MRI of his pituitary because that showed us that he also had another condition that we had to go to neurology for.

She has helped us so much every step. She is able to give the right advice at the right time. She listens to all our concerns, with patience and kindness, she is very sweet and gentle with my son every checkup. When things have gone south she is attentive and quick to return my calls. She really is a blessing.

I wish I could give zero stars. Went to see her after a year of bloating and thyroid problem symptoms. I showed her my clearly off lab work and she claimed everything was fine and tried to call my mom and I crazy and that I didn’t even have a problem. I was on the verge of tears at 17 years old because of her passive aggressive attitude and making me feel so inferior. Shortly after, I found a new doctor who diagnosed me with hypothyroidism and I’ve been great ever since. My levels were completely bottomed out and Dougan claimed nothing was wrong with me. Please please please avoid this doctor. Waste of my time and waste of waiting for the appointment for months in hopes I’d get the proper help I deserved.

She is worst doctor. Staff are much worse than her. Stay away from this office. Save your child from these bad people.
