Dr. Palat and his staff are wonderful. Everyone there are such good people, they will help you out in any way they can. Getting appointments are easy and flexible. Dr. Palat is very calm, understanding, and gives great advice. Out of all the doctors I have seen throughout my years, he is the best!

Dr. Palat does not respect his patients' rights to privacy as outlined by HIPAA laws. He disregards direct requests from his patients to not involve others in the patient's treatment until given permission to do so. He prescribed medication that was contraindicated by the patient's medical history (allergies and epilepsy). He prescribed medication for a condition and told the patient it was for insomnia. Whitney, his receptionist, is extremely kind, very proficient, and genuinely caring.
