Not for a parathyroid problem
If you have high blood calcium, a parathyroid problem, I would find a different doctor. In my opinion, Dr Wotton didn’t seem very knowledgeable about this condition or very enthusiastic about treating it.

Dr. Wotton and staff took excellent care of me during my pregnancy and follow-up. I had gestational diabetes and by working with him and his nurse Stacey, my baby was born healthy and I stayed well. I have been seeing him for 10 years. Highly recommend! They will take great care of you, too!

Dr. Wotton saved my life, he is the only Dr who took the time to hear my concerns and upon further testing found a pituitary tumor on my brain which was successfully treated and now I am on my way to better health. His support staff is awesome as well!

Very good endocrinologist. Takes the time to talk, but very matter of fact. He was informative and helped me understand the reason why, and how, to take my synthroid so I could have the most effective results. Really good doctor, I highly recommend.

I think Dr Wooten and staff are great.... Stacey, his nurse is the bomb! He will tell you like it is ...not what you want to hear...doesn't baby you. If you want to be cuddled and don't want to do what you need to do to improve your health then go somewhere else. He is a great Dr. and diagnostician but, wants you to take some responsibility for your health, my kind of Dr !!!
