Dr. Gordon Osborn, DDS

Dr. Osborn pulled both of my upper wisdom teeth in my 40's and it took only moments on each side. So I asked, "are you going to pull them?" He said, "they're out." I felt nothing. No yanking. No twisting. No bending. No pressure. He had some special device in his hand--some magical thing. Now I live in Virginia but just scheduled an appt with him to pull my lower wisdom tooth during my vacation to California. I know the lowers are worse, and I am older now, but I am hoping he still has some magical device to make it less painful.

Incompetent staff. Erigant doctor.

I was really impressed with Dr. Osborn. He seemed to really care about patient care and comfort. All went south when dealing with the office staff and policies. I was given an appointment time and told that it could be adjusted based on the schedule of the anesthesiologist. What I was not informed about is that they I would be told late Friday that the appointment had been altered for Monday. As teacher I have to have a sub and was not really given sufficient time to make it work.
