Dr Keehn removed 2 clogged ducts on my daughters eye. He saw her same day and did the procedure during the first visit. Explained every part of the procedure.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr Keehn for 20 plus years. He always is spot on with his diagnosis. I have numerous serious eye problems and he is always there whenever I call for a semi emergency need. My husband is having some serious eye issues now and he has been there for him as well. His office staff is AMAZING. I don't know all of their names but Meghan, Brenda, Sherri and Debbie are some that I have had contact with over the years and they are so kind and caring as is his WHOLE office staff.

The visit went well. I realized I hadn't been to have my eyes checked in 6 years, so I scheduled an appointment. My grandmother and aunt both had macular degeneration and I wanted to make sure my eyes are healthy. Turns out, our insurance doesn't cover routine eyes exams. We let them know about the macular degeneration and they said the doctor's office didn't mention that on their coding. So, we called the doctor's office to ask them to correct this. They said since no sign of macular degeneration was found, it became a routine eyes exam. This is ridiculous. It's like getting a colonoscopy and finding nothing so they charge you for a routine colonoscopy. WTH? We will not be visiting this doctor again and of course they just don't care about that. Maybe they'll care about bad reviews?

I LOVED Dr. Keehn. I had gone to 3 Dr's in 1 week that misdiagnosed me. He found the problem within 5 minutes of seeing him. However, his Insurance biller billed the wrong insurance company for a visit about 8 months after my initial visit and after spending 2 hours on the phone with my insurance company and the speaking with their office manager (who is less personal than their staff) it was never corrected and they sent it too collections and put on my credit report! I will never return!!
