Great medical care. Staff is always freindly and caring. Dr Donaldson’s approach (blood work, testing, etc.) is a great balance between proper diet for body type and science based prescriptions when necessary. I truly believe his approach saved me from having a heart attack and/or heart surgery. I am so Blessed to have discovered him 2 years ago when I was having chest pains!

Dr. Donaldson and the staff at Morgantown Family Practice do an excellent job of caring for our family. Their MDVIP program has detected signs of major health concerns that would not normally be recognized this early. If left unaddressed problems would most likely surface in the near future, but recommended lifestyle changes and simple treatment plans have really helped change course. He is one we can trust to diagnose or refer to a specialist when needed. His availability even on off hours has been so helpful to our whole family. Stitches in a familiar office on a Friday evening as opposed to a long wait in a busy ER were perfect for young children on more than one occasion! In the last year we have been thankful for the way Covid19 has been handled. We feel safe at the office and thankful for advice on how to stay healthy. Help with navigating health and quarantine questions in this year of chaos has been invaluable. Highly recommend this practice!

Didn't see Dr. Donaldson, but the PA on staff, Jen Fronda, was excellent. Thorough, professional, and yet completely personable and friendly. I didn't feel like a number. The entire staff was courteous, friendly, patient, and helpful. Highly recommended!

Dr. Donaldson has treated my husband and I for years, and recently my senior mother-in-law asked to be under his care. We all feel that we get, not cursory as seems today's standard, but full attentive care. We feel safer, especially throughout this pandemic, that we have a highly competent doctor who is here for us. His wise medical counsel and direction has meant that we are healthier than ever before!

Dr. Donaldson is not wearing a face-covering of any kind when he treats patients! As a health care provider, he should not be treating patients without safety precautions in place during the pandemic. Not all staff members were wearing masks but were behind a glass window until they slide to talk to you, without wearing a mask. When I questioned him about not wearing a mask he brushed me off with an excuse of not wanting to discuss his own opinion of the mask-wearing requirement. If the physician is not being respectful of the state's face mask order in place and not respectful to his patients and the well being of them, what else does he do that should be questioned? The Medicare patients who are paying the extra VIP concierge fee; in my opinion, he's taking advantage of you. The "wellness" visit is part of Medicare and paid by Medicare every year. How is that 24/7 service working for you VIP patients? Didn't work recently as was referred to seek care elsewhere as office closed.
