Poor patient care. Poor communication. When you pay out of pocket for treatment you deserve all of the above. I have been going to the UAB REI Clinic since 2015. All of the good physicans are gone!

I have been seeing Dr. Bates for the last 3+ years due to infertility. Because of he and his team, my husband and I now have a beautiful baby girl. We have been through hard days with Dr. Bates, and we've had some of the happiest days of our lives with him. He and the doctors and nurses there are like family to us. I cannot recommend them enough. I trust him wholeheartedly and would not want to go through this process with any other doctor.
