did not keep the promise, his desk never responds
I went to this doctor regarding kidney stones, he order CT images for me and promised to give me call back to discuss results. 10 days later, after the results came out, and I've been trying to reach the office every day with no response, I also left a message on myloyola account that was left unanswered. His team finally picks up the phone to tell me that he referred me to another urologist in Loyola with no reasoning. if you like to waste your time while being sick and get met with no empathy, go ahead and schedule some time with this guy and his clinic.

Fantastic doctor and staff. Their follow-up is second to none. He offered a non-surgical approach to my malady which was greatly appreciated especially during the pandemic.

I made a complaint about Dr. Gupta because of the treatment i recieved that was inaccurate- he called me asked me to retract it he was very agggressive then he said not to worry i will retract it for you loyola as wrll as him gandled the situation terribly Go to rush
