They are still only teleconferencing. I was informed they didn't have any Doctors only technicians in the office. They are failing to follow through and get supplies ordered. Specifically, my appointment was October 18th. They didn't get around to get authorization for my supplies until the 26th. My referral expired on the 23rd. My doctor had to submit another on the 28th and it is now the 3rd of November and they still have not bothered to fill my supply order. This is not a well managed office. There are no checks and balances and I do not believe anyone is in charge and coordination procedures. Sadly, this is how it is becoming at most medical facilities.

I wish zero stars was an option. This is by far the worst doctor I've ever had to deal with. Don't waste your time here. He doesn't explain anything to the patience, or take the time to discuss ones condition. Rude as rude can be.

Staff is rude. Dr and his assistances dont explain anything. Tried to explain concerns I had and was brushed off. Get the feeling they are trying to get you in and out as fast as possible so they can make money in volume. Was waiting on them to call for a replacement cpap machine. Called in to see what the delay was, was told they called once to get an answering machine and never tried to call back or my cell that was provided.

Dr Diaz doesn't seemed concerned for the patient. I went in for a follow up after a very detailed sleep study. Dr. Diaz didn't take the time to explain what the sleep study revealed or why he was recommending a mask based on the study. My consultation with him lasted less than I minute so I left there uniformed and feeling ripped off because they overcharged me to top it off.

The Doctor and his staff behave like robots and treat the patient like a robot. I was also overcharged. This practice appears to be strictly about making money off the patient. It is not about your health.
