Horrible
Always forgets to refill medication. Impossible to get a hold of. Front office lies about receiving voicemails from pharmacy.

Lacks kindness and caring
This man is not caring or kind at all. At each appointment he made me feel like I had to justify and prove why I felt the way I did. In that way, I felt intimidated and as though I was begging for drugs. I will never return to him.

My psychiatrist and I thought it would be best to be admitted to a hospital due to active suicidal thoughts and when it came time to talk to the doctor, I was excited to get started on getting the treatment I need. After telling him what I have already been diagnosed and what my psychiatrist had recommended I tell him, he tells me, and I quote, “it’s not about what you think, it’s what we think, that’s why you’re here” (the hospital gave me a journal so I wrote down every quote that was completely unprofessional). And continues to basically tell me he’s not going to change anything, when my psychiatrist (Julie Voelker, she’s amazing) and I both said it would be best to change my antidepressant. After giving me the worst panic attack of my entire life because he wasn’t listening and I felt alone, like I wasn’t going to get the help I desperately needed, he then decided to lower my dose to slowly start getting me off the antidepressants. I could go on but, there isn’t enough space.

This guy doesn't care a thing about his patients. He also won't call in prescriptions in a timely manner; he requires a dr. visit. Stay away!

It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had in a mental health office. He continually talked over me. And then told me I could leave. Way to make the person who feels they don't matter, feel important. Would not recommend anyone go here for treatment. 0 stars

I am very pleased to say I would recommend Dr.Narayana to anyone. No matter how serious or minor your situation is he’s very knowledgeable, empathetic, understanding generous and he sincerely cares for the well-being of his patients. When I had to see different doctors due to insurance changed over the years only then did I realize how far superior this doctor is. Your health should be you’re number one concern above all else so why not select the best whether it’s something minor or serious even something you can’t even comprehend he’s like a lighthouse when you’re in the eye of the hurricane. He’s also blessed to have an excellent staff working for him.

Awful. Constantly talks over me and interrupts me. Doesn’t even look at me, just stares at his computer screen. He has even taken personal calls during my appointment. Office staff is rude and unorganized.

One of the rudest doctors I've ever encountered. Doesn't let you talk and then diagnoses you after a 10 minute visit in which he takes two personal phone calls. Very dismissive does not seem to care about the patient or what the patient has to say. This man needs to retire or have his license being revoked

Diagnosed me after knowing me 5 whole minutes. I regrettably came back. When I told him I was having a side effect he said "if you don't wanna be compliant than to not come back." I assured him I was trying to be compliant but didn't want unpleasant side effects.

Narayan shouldn't be considered a physician and must have received his degree from a mail order kit. He is extremely unprofessional always talking on his head set to other people like his broker during your appointment. He is not thorough. As a new patient I gave him a list of all my current medications but when I contacted him later for a medication refill he said I didn't take the medication and I had to argue with him for the refill. He is completely insensitive and dangerous as a provider
