Never
My experience with Dr. Ghafari was the worst. She came for a three seconds initial check, and I have not seen her until I was discharged which was by the nurse and not her. It was my daughters idea to get a stool check to see what’s wrong with me which finally they did and found the reason for me being so sick.

My husband was brought to the ER by the BCC Rescue Squad when he could not stand following a fall in the street. He arrived at 11:20 pm, 5/31/21. THERE WAS NO ONE IN THE ER WAITING ROOM THE ENTIRE 4+ HOURS I WAS THERE & my husband said the ER wasn't full.He is 75, has Parkinson's Disease & couldn't put any weight on his leg to stand up. He was x-rayed for a broken femur & hip, both negative- which was obvious because he wasn't in that kind of excruciating pain. He was discharged at about 3:45 am without my being able to talk to the doctor to explain he's not a malingerer & never complains, is 75, and has Parkinson's. An MRI should have been ordered before discharge. Upon discharge, I had to ask for a walker, cane, & urinal. It took 3 weeks to obtain an MRI appointment my husband's ordered by his primary , due to MRI scheduling back-ups: My husband had multiple breaks in his pelvis & at S1, S2, and S3. He felt barely anyone paid attention to him at Suburban and I agree.

I was treated by Dr. Ghaffari-Greene during an ER visit at Sibley Hospital in May 2013, and it was hands-down, the worst experience I have ever encountered when seeking medical attention. She was unbelievably rude, insensitive, and condescending as I described my symptoms and concern about having contracted an infectious disease while working overseas. I ultimately consulted with other physicians who were able to help me. She was terrible.
