Dr. Rossi is fine but someone on his staff needs counseling about returning phone calls. I've asked at least three times for someone to call me to confirm that my MRI order has been submitted to the hospital because the hospital says it does not have it. No return call, not the first time, not the second time, not the third time. It's been about a month now since the order was supposed to have been submitted.

Dr. Rossi is very kind, and he can do his testing at his office. His staff is horrible about calling you back with concerns. He did a diagnosis from the testing the same day.

I have seen Dr Rossi for over 20 years for my MS. He is wonderful and I will NEVER change doctors His staff is great too. If there is a time when u have to wait longer than is expected it is because he may havea patient with an emergency or at the hospital. In the 20 years plus that I had a long wait has been 3 times. To me that is no big deal.

I saw Dr. Rossi for the first time today. I read reviews and was a bit uncomfortable with having been referred to him. In spite of this I decided to keep an open mind as I went to my appointment. Peoples opinions are just that...opinions! Mine is different from some. I was quite impressed with him! I must say that I was completely at ease with him, his diagnosis and his staff. I look forward to having him help me return to the best health that can be obtained for one in my situation

My wife's first appointment we had to wait but that's because she was a new patient being scheduled due to no meds left. Other than that our wait times were less than 20 minutes. Dr Rossi was veey thorough going over her extensive past history. He was very friendly, professional and I would highly recommend his office.

For starters, Wait times are ridiculous. Be prepared to wait over 2 hours. Office staff horrible and unprofessional not to mention the physician himself. Physician even took 2 personal phone calls while speaking to us; unbelievable. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a physician who puts his patients first.

Completely misdiagnosed after a car accident in 2013 with epilepsy. I trusted his word. I loved him, staff was horrible. After still having seizures every other day I contacted a new doctor, within a week I was diagnosed with something completely different. After 3 years of misery , wasted money and countless medications making my condition worse, I would just get a second opinion. All I want is my money back. Thousands wasted.
