His implant became infected and ruptured.
This is a great surgeon if you are looking for injectables. This is a good surgeon if you are looking for something cookie-cutter. This is a TERRIBLE surgeon for anything reconstructive or that is advanced.Dr. Vallecillos is possibly the worst reconstructive breast surgeon in the US. Prior to going to see him, I knew him and his family for 20 years. Despite being a lawyer, this is the only reason I never sued him. His work was so bad that I suffered an infection and then an implant rupture. His result was so bad that even though I offered prominent breast surgeons everywhere 100k cash, they wouldn't touch my case. I now have diffuse systemic sclerosis partially because of my teeth and partially because of the rupture and introduction of silicon into my body. I had my latest ultrasound mammogram in August of 2024. I have free floating silicon north of my right breast implant and south of my left breast implant.Go to him if you are a friend and you want something easy.

Dr. Glenn Vallecillos is such an amazing plastic surgeon. I am very happy with my results from my rhino. The changes are subtle yet the overall balance of my face has been improved. His staff is very warming, I never felt intimidated to be there.

I went in for a consultation with Dr. Vallecillos. He was very busy, yet he took his time with me. He gave me all the information about the procedures, he was direct, and honest which I've found to be a rare trait among BH surgeons. He told me what was and wasn't realistic! He showed me several post op pictures of his clients that helped me see true results. Also, Dr. V made sure all of my questions were answered before I left the office.
