I have had good experiences with Dr. Hifumi & his Staff. I've never waited longer than the the usual wait times for my appts. Just a few mins. He is a very strong present personality and I respect Dr. Hifumi & his judgement. What's important to me I'm a review is the subject not the surrounding things. Sometimes staff is busy but that's to be expected for a busy place like this bc he IS a fine Doctor. Who knows what he is doing! Thank You Dr Hifumi & to your Staff. If recommend you & your office everytime.

Worst experience!
The doctor and office manager need to work on their appointment scheduling and people skills. Every appointment that I went to, on time, I have had to wait over 2 hours. I have never heard the staff nor the doctor apologize for the wait and it seems like it’s just how that office operates. I have never had to wait that long to see a doctor unless it was the emergency room. When I asked how much longer I would have to wait after 2 hours the office manager replied “be patient, he’ll get to you.” Also since every appointment is backed up and they are always running behind, Dr. Hifumi was always rushing through the appointment. They have no respect for their patients time and it doesn’t appear to bother the staff of doctor at all.

Staff have no people skills they dont call to let you know whats going on with appointments but over all doctor explains whats going to happen at surgery ill be back after surgery to let you folks know how my surgery went..
