Dr. Glenn Freed, DO

2.5 years ago I would've had nothing but great things to say. I feel differently now. Dr Freed had said some really offending things to me that makes me not want to go back.

Our very first visit with Dr Freed was surprisingly fantastic! He took his time to actively listen, as well as ask specific questions. He went out of his way to ensure we got the appropriate prescriptions at the most manageable prices. And on top of all of that, he was so pleasantly funny and cheerful, which truly helps when visiting to discuss a colonoscopy procedure. This gentleman is a truly experienced professional. But he is also warm and cheerful. We were no ready for a delightful appointment we experienced with him! He is sensitive and understanding towards patients with various conditions such as Parkinson's disease, and makes them feel perfectly normal, while also fully understanding how such conditions play a part in the appointments and procedures. I can't recommend this doctor enough! It is so very hard to find friendly professionals in the Pottsville area. And he is one of them!

I was apprehensive about my first colonoscopy appointment, however, Dr. Freed and his staff were friendly and put me at ease right away. I received a full explanation of the procedure and prep that would take place. My questions were fully answered.

scheduled appointment - they did a follow up to confirm - I was in the office on time and right into an exam room (NO STANDARD DR. WAIT an hour) - seen Dr. assistant & then the dr. - 100% informative A+

I was a new patient with Dr. Freed. The staff was wonderful and welcoming from the time I entered the office until I concluded my appointment. Dr. Freed was very friendly and knowledgeable and immediately put me at ease. He answered all questions and spent time getting to know me as well as my past medical history. Would definitely recommend him, over and over again!

After going to doctors for quit some time without any changes in my condition I decided to give Dr. Freed a chance to review my condition. After my first visit Dr Freed knew exactly what caused my problem. Such a wonderful doctor.

I have been going to Dr. Freed for approximately 25 years. He is simply the best. He cares about his patients, spends time with you to answer all your questions, explains how he is going to treat your medical conditions, and he gets results. Dr. Freed has a great personality and he shines in keeping the mood lighthearted while you are there to the point that it is more like visiting family than going to an appointment. Dr. Freed will not sugar coat anything and will always tell you straight out what he thinks. He has also called me personally at home many times over the years to check up on me, which is unheard of in this day and age. He is up on all the latest technology and treatments and is involved in medical research as well. His Staff are the best. Holly is fantastic and I wouldn't trust my health to anyone else but Dr. Freed and his wonderful staff.

Dr. Freed is efficient, thorough and friendly. He takes his time with patients. As a matter of fact, he called me on a Sunday to discuss my sister’ biopsy. Dedication! He definitely gets a recommendation.
