Changed Meds, Wouldn't Change Back
Previous Dr. prescribed an effective medication, Dr. Cook recommended an alternate which turned out wasn't as effective, and then wouldn't change back to the original.

Rude staff and very unknowledgeable
Front office staff is very rude in office or over phone if you are luck enough to get a call back or speak with someone over the phone. They will refer you to other scamming doctors that use same practice of dodging phone calls to collect easy fees.

Always a great experience!
After moving to NM I researched and found Dr. Cook. I made and appointment and waited almost 4 months to see him. It was worth the wait. Dr. Cook listens to my concerns and explains everything I ask of him. I'm very happy I found a doctor of this caliber in this small community.

Down to earth and thorough
Dr. Cook was very knowledgeable and his approach seemed oriented towards treating the underlying problems instead of the symptoms. Hopefully Los Alamos can hang on to him.

A good doctor if you ever get to see him
I made an appointment and was told the earliest I could get in would be a month and a half away. In the days before the appointment finally arrived, I received multiple text messages asking me to confirm my appointment and check in, which I did. Because my appointment was scheduled for the afternoon, I rearranged my work schedule to be able to leave work in time. When I arrived at his office, I was told he is on vacation for the week and that the earliest I could be rescheduled would be another month out!! Why did I receive multiple texts asking me to confirm my appointment?!! Apparently they had tried calling me that morning, but because I cannot access my phone at work and rushed directly from work to my appointment, I did not see the message until afterwards. Even still, I had waited for a month and a half and he decides to go on vacation and the best they can do is schedule me another month out. He's a good doctor, but that doesn't matter if you never get to see him.
