She will cancel
I really didn't want to write this review because I like to give people the benefit of doubt but, I have to warn other people about Dr. Parker. Personally, she seems really nice but professionally she is lacking. I was a patient of hers for a little over a year I honestly can't say if she is a good or bad doctor but what I can say is that out of the eight appointments I made I only saw her two times every other appointment was canceled. One appointment was canceled because someone in the office had Covid, another was bc I would be more than 15 mins late and had to reschedule. Then I made an appointment with her RNP and she canceled, all the other appointments I didn't get a reason just a text. If you have time to take off of work hoping to get relief about health issues just to be canceled on then this is your doctor, for everyone else don't waist your time.

I was on a scheduled tele health visit and the call was disconnected. I received a call from a young lady who stated Dr. Parker accidently disconnected the call and directed her to call me back. First, I would like to say that I find it to be very unprofessional to disconnect a scheduled tele health appointment and the provider not call back to finish the appointment. I was left with unanswered questions regarding my care. I asked the young lady who called me back to have Dr. Parker's office assistant call me. I did not receive a call back. I left a voice message the same day and I did not receive a call back. I decided to address my concerns via patient's portal and I finally received a call 2 days later from Dr. Parker's office assistant. To sum it up, I was informed that there was no rectifying this situation. Dr. Parker felt that nothing was wrong and that she suggested I find another doctor if I was not satisfied with her. Totally UNPROFESSIONAL.

My first visit was okay. When I meet her she changed my medications and they caused major side effects & she didn’t want to adjust my medications, which caused other problems & I was forced to seek & visit 2 Specialists outside of the practice to fix her error. She scheduled several appointments with me & cancelled on my way to the appointments or did not show up to telehealth appointments. The last straw was when they refused to see me this week when I wanted them to check me for wheezing after I tested negative for COVID, the flu, and Streph The receptionist stated if one person became sick then the entire office would close & they could not risk it & that the COVID test is only 70% effective. Then I received a letter in the mail that they were removing me from their practice as a patient. They didn’t call me in advance to discuss this with me or provide a reason...this is unsatisfactory & it should be unethical. Don't go to this office. They don’t care about their patients.

She makes a great first impression, but it's all show. In the 8 mo she has been my PCP, she has told me multiple times if I don't like it, go somewhere else. I am very fortunate to have a great team of doctors to compare to Dr. Parker so I know when one who does not really care comes around. She has canceled or changed appt times on me as I am driving there; sent me to the ER from her office & never came to see me or followed up with me; was supposed to be on my team to manage my multiple chronic illnesses and, frankly, I'm just another click on her schedule. She has no idea who I am. The last time I had an appointment with her, she spent more time trying to impress a salesperson with her school credentials than she did with me in the exam room. She is not one of the good ones.

Outstanding experience. Extremely professional, patient, and informative doctor. She listens extremely well and asks relevant follow up questions to ensure she has an adequate picture of your issues and symptoms. My first visit with Dr. Parker yesterday was great. I already recommended her to my family and friends. She took her time and listened to my concerns. She is caring and addressed all of my questions. I am so thankful that I found her. You will not be disappointed if you make her your primary doctor.

I decided to leave a review on Dr. Parker because she is the best primary care physician I have ever had and I’m 71 years old. I know many people including family that are her patient. I am SHOCKED at the negative reviews and can assure anyone looking for a doctor that you won’t be disappointed if you go to her. I wonder if the negative reviews are related to Dr. Parker not prescribing drugs that these people shouldn’t have. Sue Keys

I'm not sure how anyone wouldn't have a great experience with Dr. Parker or her office staff. Dr. Parker leads by example and her staff is great as well. Dr. Parker is extremely intelligent, takes her time with you and you never feel rushed and she addresses any questions that you may have. She only prescribes what is absolutely needed and thinks outside of the box and treats patients as individuals not using the cookie cutter/text book approach. At the end of the appointment, Dr. Parker recaps everything that was discussed during the office visit, never looking at a computer or one note. It's all by memory and giving you her undivided attention. How many drs do that???

This has been my worst experience with a doctor. I never had a doctor that did not follow-up afterward to inform your test requests. I did my annual Pap test and no one follow-up with me. I try to call and could not get in contact with a person. She wrote in my medical record that I suffer from anxiety and depression but did not recommend me a doctor. Which I had requested due to the fact I still feel depressed after 2 months. How I getting charge for testing if I never received the results
