Never listened or explained options. Just kept saying everything was “healing great” and “looking good” well I don’t consider a crooked foot an inability to walk normally, run at all, or even straighten my foot to be healed or acceptable. I made MULTIPLE unnecessary appointments and requested additional scans and vocalized my concerns which were continuously blown off. At first it was “frozen muscles” and a therapy issue. When therapy said otherwise she decided to say it was due to a heel injury. Never mind the fibula bone sticking out inappropriately, or the foot stuck inverted. If I could give her zero stars I would.

Dr Tan was extremely honest and nice, got right to the point and explained everything to me so I new the details of the surgery before during and after, and easy on the eyes lol very cute. Which helped me pay attention. But seriously she is a great doctor and I would recommend her to everyone , she's very good at her profession and I will always go to her and bring my kids to her if needed, now I pray that my kids don't need any surgeries.

Dr Tan did a wonderful job of explaining my treatment options and letting me choose the direction I wanted to take. She administered the treatment and I literally walked out of the office pain free. I highly recommend Dr Tan. I found her to be very honest and direct.

I felt like Dr Tan could care less who I was, or what my goals were. She just kept saying "I knew all about you before I met you" - based on my X-rays, which I also knew how to interpret. As a former Billings Clinic RN, BC is my top choice for care, but Dr Tan was patronizing, failed to ask me a single question, and failed to even discuss her approach to care or treatment options. What a waste of $650.
