After 5 months of waiting they canceled me and made a new appointment with an additional 2 months of waiting and then they called me back to reschedule the October appointment and they wanted to schedule it for December, I canceled the appointment and it's a lack of respect for patients.

Not a Nice Experience
Terrible. After telling her I had hearing issues, she did not speak up or slow down. She made us feel like we were in a patient mill, with no compassion at all. Told us that she was overbooked and that we were 1 out of a thousand and we would just have to wait for responses and far-out appointments.

Good experience
Dr Gonzalez is a very caring person who have a great bedside manner, she listens well and give good advice, this is my first visit and am pleased, hopefully she will keep taking care of me

Worst doctor
If I could leave a 0 I would, she does not listen, and she's rude. And if that is not enough she called in medication that I am allergic to because as previously stated she would not listen. When I called the office to get the prescription corrected I had to of course leave a message and have not received a call back per usual. The only good doctors in that practice is Dr. Tanton and Mary Desario and unfortunately Mary has left the practice which is why I ended up with Dr. Gonzalez Rios.
