Long long waits
It takes 15 minutes til they even call you name to register. Then a two hour wait in the waiting room then wait some more once you are in the room. It’s absolutely ridiculous. If you don’t care about spending your entire day tied up that’s ok. What makes me mad is that they punish the patient if they are late but this doctor is habitually late for lengthy periods of time.

Wait times are ridiculous.
Takes 1 to 2 hours to get back to office, then another half hour or more to be seen. This should not be happening in any business. Staff and front desk seem nice but hurried. Physician is rushed and doesn't bother really listening.

S-L-O-W
2 1/2 hr wait time even after we got back to our room. Totally ridiculous and rude having patients wait this length of time. It’s all about respect which seems to be lacking in his case. I could go on but the results from this review wouldn’t really matter.

Love the doc and his nurses but his receptionist’s are less than desirable. They are rude and do not want to do anything that requires them to have to do more than the bare minimum of their job requirements. It is almost impossible to schedule an appointment and this last time we ended up having to just physically go in and make an appointment because none of my 10 messages were returned. Some of which were marked urgent. I’m rating staff friendliness a 1 but this ONLY applies to the front desk employees as the rest of the employees have ALWAYS been very pleasant.

We LOVE Dr. Kunapareddy! He saved my boyfriend LIFE. He listens, and he knows what he is doing. The wait time may sometimes be a bit longer but that's fine because I know he is taking his time with his patients! HIGHLY recommend him!

Took 3 hours for just an appt. every appt has been long waits. Every week is wait and see, he makes decision but must not put it in his notes, cause wants to do the same thing next appt. I could go on and on but I won’t. With this dr nothing ever gets done.
